A frequent lecturer in both professional and academic settings, Dr. Townsend has published dozens of peer-reviewed articles on a variety of topics, including the clinical application of Botox. In addition, he has been a book reviewer for the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 1986, as well as for the Archives of Ophthalmology since 1987.
