When requesting an internet medical opinion from the Boston Eye Group. A staff member will personally be in touch with you by email or by phone to guide you through the process. We understand that being overseas may make communication occasionally difficult but our staff is well versed in that regard and will do their best to facilitate your request. You will be assigned one staff member who will be your contact throughout the whole process.

- Detailed instructions are sent to you concerning the documents needed to process your request.
- Your file is submitted to the most appropriate Ophthalmic specialist at BEG
- An initial answer is communicated to you within 72 hours of documents submission
Fees:
Internet consults are charged a flat fee of $399. This will be charged to your credit card once your documents are submitted to us and your file considered ready for review. This fee includes the initial review and any follow up email communication until all your questions are answered. The fee will not be assessed if the case is determined not suitable for review by our consultants.
If your internet consultation leads you to a visit and treatment at the Boston Eye Group. The fee will be deducted from any surgical procedure you may undergo with the Boston Eye Group.
